- long wave radiation: LW_IN_AVG_M1B2_1.40_1
- PAR: PPFD_IN_AVG_M1B2_1.40_1
- air pressure: n.a.
Step 1
- run w/ open lag between -0.05 and 10s to check for lag times
- nominal lag time found for CO2 (2016: 0.35s / 2017: 0.35s) and H2O (2016: 0.45s / 2017: 0.40s)
- analysis of lag times: 2018-03-14_CH-AWS_lag_search_2016-2017.xlsx
Step 2
- same settings as in Step 1, but this time w/ set nominal lag and lag search for CO2 between -0.05 and +5s, for H2O between -0.05 and +5s
Step 3
- quality controlled output with (2017_QC_FINAL_FLAG_2018-03-19T112947) and without (2017u_QC_FINAL_FLAG_2018-03-19T113023) ustar flag
Additional Info
- this run is likely already good enough to be labelled as “final”, did not find any problems so far, but will have to check again later
- raw binary files conversion to ASCII was done in a separate step (ID2018-03-12T154140)
