Added: Info about logging scripts for EC raw data

Added info about the used logging script to pages giving info about the eddy covariance raw data files(e.g., here for CH-FRU).

The logging script sonicread (PDF) was used at all sites since 2004. In recent years (starting in 2023 with the site CH-FRU), we started to migrate EC raw data logging to the new logging script rECord, an updated and improved version of sonicread.
